This is how the Coddington Road Community Center cleaning log handles information. The app is provided by Service in Unity, which runs it. It is a cleaning log for a building, and it is kept simple on purpose.
What the app holds
When you sign in, the app keeps your email address, your name from the sign in, and your role. As you work, it keeps the cleaning records you create: tasks marked done, notes, temperature readings, problems you report, and the monthly safety monitor. Each record keeps the time and who did it.
The app does not ask for or hold any sensitive personal information. It is only a record of cleaning work.
How it is used
The information is used to run the cleaning log and its reporting for the center and for Service in Unity. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Where it is kept
The records are stored in Microsoft Azure in the Service in Unity account. The app uses no third party analytics, no tracking pixels and no extra scripts.
Who can see it
Cleaners see the cleaning log. Admins at the center and at Service in Unity can see the full log and the reporting. Your sign in is private to you.
Signing in
Sign in is handled by the shared Service in Unity hosted sign in, through Microsoft, Google, Apple, or an email address and password. Your password is entered on the provider's secure page and is never seen or stored by this app.
Your choices and contact
To correct your name, change your access, or have your access removed, contact an admin at the center or Service in Unity. Past cleaning records are kept as the operating history of the center.
