This app is the Coddington Road Community Center cleaning log. It is owned and provided by Service in Unity. These terms explain how it may be used. They cover the app only. They are not the contract for the cleaning work itself.
Who owns the app
Service in Unity owns this app, its design, its code and everything in it. Using the app does not give anyone any ownership of it.
How it may be used
Service in Unity provides the app free of charge to the Coddington Road Community Center and its staff to run the cleaning log while Service in Unity does the cleaning at the center. Access is tied to that working relationship, and it can be ended when that relationship ends.
Use the app only for the cleaning log. Sign in with your own account and do not share your sign in with anyone else. Do not misuse the app or try to reach records or screens your role is not given.
Accounts and access
An admin grants access and sets each person as a cleaner or an admin. Your role decides what you can see and do. An admin can change or remove access at any time.
Availability
The app is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error free service. Service in Unity may change, pause or discontinue the app or any of its features, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means the change is accepted.
The records
The cleaning records entered in the app are the operating record for the center. Service in Unity keeps and runs the app and its design. History is preserved rather than deleted, so past records stay readable.
